Pillowfort weighted blankets are being recalled after four children became trapped in the blankets and two suffocated to death. The 60x40" blankets are six pounds, come in eight prints/colors (unicorns on white, unicorns on pink, space print on navy, pink, blue, blue constellation, gray, and red plaid), and have a removable waterproof cover. They were sold exclusively at Target stores and online from December 2018 through September 2022.
If you have any of these blankets, stop using them immediately, and contact Target to get a prepaid return label to return the blankets by mail. You can also return the blankets to any Target store.
