A Florida couple is grateful a jail inmate knows how to break into cars. A man strapped his year-old daughter into her car seat over the weekend in New Port Richey, north of Tampa. When he closed the door he realized his keys were on the front seat of the SUV and the doors were locked. His wife says a group of inmates doing roadwork nearby rushed to help. One of them used a coat hanger to unlock the door in just a couple of minutes. The little girl wasn't hurt and her mom wants to find out the inmates' names so she can put some money in their commissary accounts.
