Illinois police have a warrant for the arrest of a parent accused of letting their eleven-year-old child drive to school. The 31-year-old parent is wanted for two counts of child endangerment and driving while suspended after staff members at the John J. Murphey school witnessed the child drive up to the student drop off point.
The child then got out of the vehicle with another nine-year-old child that had been in the back seat, while the parent got in the drivers seat and drove away.
The vehicle involved was reported stolen a few days later. No word on if the cops caught up with the parent yet.
