Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts is taking his talents to Oklahoma for his senior season. Hurts committed to play for the Sooners on Wednesday, ending his three-year career with the Crimson Tide. The former SEC Offensive Player of the Year also looked at Maryland and Miami before choosing OU. After starting his first two years for 'Bama, he was benched in favor of Tua Tagovailoa. Hurts played sparingly this past season but had a huge impact in the Tide’s SEC Championship game victory over Georgia. Hurts graduated in December and is available to play immediately this fall. The Sooners have a void at QB after Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray declared for the NFL Draft.
