The fight over Glen Campbell’s will is over. Three of the late singer’s children have decided to end their battle to contest the will.
Travis, Kelli, and Wesley Campbell had contested two wills, written in 2001 and 2006, which excluded them from any inheritance. They were questioning whether their father, who had Alzheimer’s disease, had the mental capacity to agree to cut them out of the will.
But now “The Tennessean” reports that all three have agreed to dismiss their claim, with Campbell's attorney insisting that there has been no settlement with them. Campbell's will left his estate to his wife Kimberly Campbell, and five of his eight adult children.
