A shooting survivor was released from the hospital just a few days before the one-year anniversary of the deadliest mass shooting in US history. Rosemarie Melanson was one of the victims severely injured when a gunman opened fire during the Route 91 Festival in Las Vegas. She was on life support for two months and endured 12 surgeries. Thankfully she was one of the final survivors released.
The wife and mother still has a long road to recovery. But she’s grateful to be back home with her family.
