Loretta Lynn's Brother Dies

Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gayle are mourning the death of their brother. Herman Webb died Saturday at the age of 83. Family members say he passed away in his home state of Kentucky, surrounded by his children. Webb was known in the area as being the curator of the “cabin on a hill in Butcher Hollow,” where the family was raised, and was made famous by Loretta’s song “Coal Miner’s Daughter.” "I called Herman “The Sheriff of Butcher Hollow”. I even found him a badge to make it “official," Crystal Gayle posted on facebook. "I know he is now and forever a sheriff in Heaven. We love and miss you, Herman!"

Webb's cause of death was not revealed. He was the last surviving son of eight children
