Are they or aren’t they? Sure, we’ve heard it before – just last week, in fact – but there’s a new report that North Korea will actually release three Americans being held in the country.
According to South Korean media, the North will release the three men - Kim Dong Chul, Kim Hak-song and Kim Sang Duk (also known as Tony Kim) – as a sign of good will ahead of a summit between President Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.
What’s different this time is that there are several reports about this potential release – and with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on the ground in North Korea to finalize plans for the meeting, some say the release could be happening in a matter of hours. The Trump/Kim summit is expected to happen in the coming weeks.
