Kenny Chesney continues to do his part of help the Caribbean victims of Hurricane Irma. CNN reports, Chesney helped a pair of teen brothers reunite with their mother after their home on the island of St. John was destroyed. The brothers were taken to St. Croix by a boat sent to pickup evacuees then planned to catch a flight to Philadelphia to meet up with their mother. With no commercial flights available, Chesney put the teens on his private jet and flew them to their destination. At first, they only knew an anonymous donor made the trip possible, but later found out it was Chesney, who had been using his plane to send water, dog food and supplies to the Islands.
