Singletary's Family Sues Over Posthumously-Released Song

Daryle Singletary's family is taking legal action against his record label over a posthumously-released song. Platinum Records Nashville released a new song, "She's Been Cheatin' on Us" this week following the sudden death of the '90s hitmaker. Singletary's business partner, Chuck Rhodes, tells "Taste of Country" the song was not sanctioned by the musician's family, and legal action is underway. Singletary died on Monday at the age of 46.
