We could soon be seeing a faster drive-thru at McDonald's!
The chain is testing a new type of drive-thru at a restaurant near Fort Worth, Texas. Instead of pulling up to a window and ordering, customers can order ahead via the app or at a kiosk, and then simply go to the "Order Ahead Lane" and pick up their order off a conveyor belt! McDonald's hopes this will cut wait times and allow their employees to concentrate on filling orders quickly rather than taking them.
